Snoring & Obstructive
Sleep Apnea

Snoring can be the first sign of sleep apnea. Enlarged tonsils, nose structure or excess weight around the neck generally causes snoring. When we sleep, the neck muscles relax. In some cases, they tend to relax so much that it narrows the throat partly, causing a vibration sound which is snoring.

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder that pauses breathing during sleep. Mainly, there are three types of sleep apnea, but the most common is obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). In OSA, airflow to the upper airway and lungs is reduced or paused, resulting in a lack of oxygen to the body.

We conduct at-home sleep studies for your comfort and convenience. We provide CPAP therapy which effectively treats the disorder. Your energy levels will improve and you will feel well-rested.
